We are looking for sales experts to drive our products and services to more clients.

About This Position

We are seeking a sales partner who is passionate about “technology empowering business” to join us—with our 20 years of technical accumulation + the AI wave—to jointly expand the digital transformation market for global small and medium-sized enterprises.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and converting potential clients interested in services such as custom software-hardware development, AI-ready data services, informatization/automation/intelligence consulting, flexible technical talent outsourcing, and China-Malaysia cross-border landing (targeting industries including manufacturing, retail, logistics, technology globalization, startups, etc.)
  • Starting from clients’ business pain points, effectively communicating the value story of “machines do the repetitive, humans do the creative” to drive projects from 0 to 1
  • Building and maintaining high-value client relationships to achieve long-term repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals
  • Collaborating closely with technical, delivery, and consulting teams to ensure sales commitments are translated into high-quality delivery and client success

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years (2+ years for Assistant) of sales experience in ToB technology/digitalization/software services/consulting/talent outsourcing/cross-border services, preferably familiar with clients in manufacturing, retail, logistics, and technology sectors
  • Basic understanding of informatization, automation, RPA, AI, large models, data analysis, low-code, software-hardware integration, etc., with the ability to quickly grasp and clearly explain value to non-technical decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and business negotiation skills; able to identify key stakeholders in complex decision chains, build trust, and drive deals to close
  • Strong results orientation and self-motivation, high resilience under pressure, and willingness to go the extra mile for client success
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, good command of English (required for daily use in China-Malaysia cross-border business), standard Mandarin
  • Passion for sales work, alignment with the philosophy of “technology first, value priority,” and eagerness to grow alongside the technical team

Nice to Haves

  • Proven sales track record serving mid-to-large enterprises in digital transformation, supply chain optimization, smart manufacturing, data middle platforms, AI application implementation, etc., with the ability to articulate specific cases and quantifiable results
  • Familiarity with the Malaysia/Southeast Asia market, or experience serving Chinese enterprises “going global” (company registration, compliance, local landing, etc.)
  • Certain technical sensitivity—able to understand requirements documents, prototypes, architecture diagrams, or prior deep collaboration with technical/delivery teams
  • Access to high-quality client resources or industry networks (manufacturing owners, digitalization leaders, supply chain directors, CTOs, etc.)
  • Exceptional learning ability—quick to master new AI technologies and our solutions, and convert them into differentiated selling points in sales conversations
  • Outgoing, optimistic, and charismatic personality; enjoys interacting with people and derives satisfaction from “helping clients solve problems”
